1. Introduction

By entering this raffle (the "Raffle"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Raffle is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with TikTok.

2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to individuals aged 18+ years or older.
Participants must have a valid TikTok account and follow @gorillabob_og.
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the organiser are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must purchase tickets via the website https://gorillabob.uk and follow @gorillabob_og for the price stated on the raffle page.
Entry slots are limited. The draw will happen when all slots are filled. Unlimited entries per person are allowed unless stated otherwise. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details
The prize consists of One leather Journal Handmade by Mic and One Loungefly Disney Frozen II purse.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced via TikTok post/direct message within 15 days after the closing date.
The winner must respond within 5 to claim the prize, or another winner may be selected.

6. Publicity

By entering the Raffle, participants consent to the use of their TikTok username and/or profile image for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.

8. Liability & Disclaimer
The organiser is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
The organiser will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Raffle or acceptance of the prize.

9. Privacy

Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

10. General
The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle if necessary.
